Intellectual Resource Mobilization
Background
The Ministry of Health, the Department of Community Medicine at Addis Abeba University, and ENAHPA agreed to focus on the skills gap identified by the country's projected health manpower needs. The lack of adequate number of physicians, nurses and health officers were identified as priority areas of focus.

Project goals
-
To develop inter-institutional relationships between US and Ethiopian training centers. To this end ENAHPA has solicited and obtained the collaboration of the University of Washington MEDEX program which trains Physician's Assistants and the School of Nursing and The Physican's Assistants School at Emory University.
